working process

Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, and the label is rolled over, completing the labeling action of one label.

Operation process: Place products ->Separate and transport products (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Label products (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Collect labeled products (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Take away the products.

Requirements for label production

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
